Many thanks to Jon (sound engineer), Patrick (band's (tour?) manager) and the rest of the crew for being pro-taper and super helpful and friendly. This was the first time I've been able to put up a stand at my home arena. Prospera Place is infamous for their dislike of tapers and over-exuberant security but this night, they were very helpful. This was also the first chance I've had to use my Busman mics since the last Hip tour and I forgot that I'd need +48 phantom power. I had forgotten to bring my Lithium Ion battery packs and had to make a run back home to grab them and due to having to park a long way from the arena, I nearly didn't make it back in time. It was nice to see so many people I knew at the show. I counted at least 11 people I knew, all from various walks of life enjoying the music. Things to listen for: Gord calling Paul a "grandpa" during Fifty-Mission Cap. ********************************************** Fight the Loudness War! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Loudness_war No compression was used in the post-processing of this recording to preserve it's dynamic range, listenability and authenticity. This recording will naturally sound much better cranked up loud with quality headphones!
